Justin Hileman

Justin Hileman currently serves as an Office Coordinator and Senior Specialist at New York Life Insurance Company, overseeing new business case management, accounting, and service processes. Since joining in September 2013, Justin has effectively managed day-to-day workflows, developed training programs for new hires, and acted as a subject matter expert in new business and accounting. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Client Services Specialist and Client Services Specialist, where Justin provided exceptional customer service and training. Additionally, Justin has held positions such as Building Supervisor at Richard G Snyder YMCA Campus, Financial Services Professional at NYLIFE Securities LLC, and Research Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where research on hydrogen bonds was presented at various conferences. Justin holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Biology and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with additional minors in Chemistry and Business Administration.
