Kelly R

Kelly R has over two decades of experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Talent Management Strategy and Effectiveness at New York Life Insurance Company since May 2010. In this role, Kelly leads strategies for talent management, drawing on previous experience managing recruiting teams for Strategic Insurance Businesses and campus recruiting programs. Prior to New York Life, Kelly worked as Lateral Recruiting Lead at Morgan Stanley, handling recruitment strategies across several divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Compliance Search, where relationships with investment banking and hedge fund clients were developed, and as Recruiting Coordinator at Citi, in addition to an HR Assistant role at Russell Reynolds Associates. Kelly holds a BA in English and Communications from Fairfield University.
