Rob Sopko

Rob Sopko has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service, currently serving as Ticket Solutions Manager at New York Red Bulls since May 2010. In this role, Rob supervises ticketing representatives on game days, manages cash revenue, and handles backend system operations while assisting with client accounts and customer inquiries. Previously, Rob worked at UPS from October 2011 to September 2014 as a Loader, where responsibilities included organizing and loading packages for efficient delivery. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies and Commercial Recreation from Kean University, earned in 2010.
