Adara Bryan

Adara Bryan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Recruitment Specialist at New York Road Runners. Prior to that, they worked at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment as a Sourcer, Corporate Recruiting, where they focused on diversity sourcing and led various recruitment initiatives. Adara also gained experience in the arts and hospitality industries, working at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts as a Guest Services Coordinator and Representative, and at Breaking Ground (Homeless Services & Affordable Housing) as a Recruiting Assistant. Additionally, they have experience as a Game Master at PanIQ Escape Room Franchise and Hoodwinked Escape. Adara also worked as a Sales Associate at THE METROPOLITAN OPERA and held administrative roles at Orion Associates, Comedysportz Twin Cities, and Wings Financial Credit Union. Their experiences showcase their strong skills in recruitment, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Adara Bryan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Musical Theatre from St. Catherine University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Perpich Center for Arts Education until 2005. Adara also holds a certification in Effective Interviewing!™ from Interview EDGE® which they obtained in December 2022.
