Janaya Davis

Janaya Davis is currently the Director of Human Resources at the New York School for the Deaf. With a strong background in human resources, holding positions such as Human Resources Coordinator at Lakeland Central School District and HR Sales Representative at Paychex, Janaya has also worked in management roles at companies like Vector Marketing and Kelly Services. Janaya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Project Management from SUNY Empire State College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
