Dorothy Duncan has extensive experience in product management and advisory roles. Dorothy is currently a Founding Member at Sidebar, a Director of Product Management at NYSHEX, and an Advisor at Astia. Dorothy has previously worked as a Director of Product Management at Aktana, where they helped life science companies enhance their relationships with healthcare providers. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Product Management at Sequoia Consulting Group and held the position of Senior Manager, Product Management at TriNet. Dorothy also has experience as a Product Manager at HealthStream and as the Founder/CEO of Constellation Medical Travel. Dorothy's earlier roles include Manager, Contract & Acquisition Management at HealthTrust Purchasing Group and Competitive Intelligence Consultant at Asurion.

Dorothy Duncan holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Human Organization and Performance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Dorothy also completed their undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, earning a BA in Psychology and Law and Society. In addition to their degrees, Dorothy has obtained certifications in Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn and as an Accredited Small Business Consultant. Dorothy is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and has completed Pragmatic Marketing Certifications.
