Rajat Sharma

Rajat Sharma is an experienced professional in recruitment and client management, currently serving as Team Lead and Associate Account Manager at New York Technology Partners since February 2020. In this role, Rajat manages a team of recruiters and directly engages with clients. Prior to this, Rajat held positions as Senior Technology Recruiter at NYTP, Executive Recruiter at Tekfortune Inc, and Recruitment Specialist at Yashco Systems, where responsibilities included full lifecycle recruiting and vendor negotiations. Rajat’s career began at Teleperformance India as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Care Executive, and also includes experience as a Senior Associate Transaction Services at Conduent. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Sangai University Manipur and a High School Diploma in Biotechnology from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
