Elise Baron

Elise Baron is a human resources executive who currently serves as the Executive Director, Head of Talent & Inclusion at The New York Times. Prior to their current role, Baron served as the Head of Talent & Culture at Stella Connect by Medallia from April 2014 to November 2016. Baron has also worked as a Technology Recruiter at Warby Parker from June 2011 to March 2014, and as an Event Coordinator at Events of the Heart from December 2010 to June 2011.
