Chamira Rajapaksha is a Chemistry Scientist at Scion since March 2023 and has been a Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya since January 2012, focusing on plant-related sciences. With a Bachelor of Science degree obtained from the University of Kelaniya (2004-2008), Chamira served as a Research Assistant for an MPhil in Chemistry from 2009 to 2012 before continuing as a Lecturer. Additionally, Chamira completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Forestry Sciences and Chemistry at the University of Canterbury between March 2018 and December 2021 while working as a PhD Fellow from March 2018 to September 2022.
