Zac Hayes

Zac Hayes, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Zac is currently working as a Principal Human Resources Business Partner at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade. Prior to this, they held the role of Strategic People Experience Business Partner at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand. Zac also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sanford Limited and Portfolio+. Zac has international experience, having served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Origin House in Canada. Zac has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Etobicoke Children's Centre. Zac's earlier roles include being a Human Resources Generalist at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, a Talent Management Specialist at George Brown College, and an E-learning Developer/Payroll Administrator at University Health Network. Zac began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Loblaw Companies Limited. Zac's experience spans various areas of HR, including recruitment, compensation, job analysis, benefits, employee relations, HRMS implementation, and HR consulting.

Zac Hayes, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Leadership from the University of Fredericton. Zac also holds an Ontario Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. In addition, Zac has an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Stream from Nipissing University.

Zac has obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources. Zac is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) in progress, which they are pursuing through HRPA Toronto Chapter (Human Resources Professional Association). Zac has also completed the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Furthermore, they have obtained the Hay Guide Chart Profile Method certification from Korn Ferry.
