The current leadership team at Neways has a long and varied history in terms of both their previous experiences and education. The CEO, for example, has experience as an interim CEO and managing director at S&H Interim Management, as well as being a chief executive officer at Group of machinery companies for Maritime, Offshore, Oil & Gas and Energy Industries. Additionally, the vice president & general manager - interior structures at Collins Aerospace, while the SVP global transformations (chief transformation officer) at GKN Aerospace. Furthermore, the vice president operations & excellence programmes FT group at Fokker Technologies Holding B.V. and directeur at VDL Industrial Modules B.V. All of these leaders have experience in various industries that they can bring to Neways, as well as different levels of education including University of Twente and Eindhoven University of Technology.
