Charles Vincent

Charles (Chuck) Vincent has extensive experience in technical support and service within the printing industry. Currently serving as a Thermal Technical Specialist at NewBold Technologies since September 2013, Vincent provides support to field technicians and customers, ensuring efficient technician assignments for printer issues. Prior to this role, Vincent was a Senior Field Service Technician at Computer Plus Sales and Service from November 2004 to September 2013, specializing in onsite support for various printing technologies. Vincent's career began at C. Hoelzle Associates, Inc., where, from December 1991 to November 2004, Vincent advanced from a Line Printer Specialist to Repair Lab Supervisor, overseeing 27 technicians and managing daily operations and technical support.
