Cortney Pierce, TSC, CSP

Cortney Pierce has a diverse work experience across various industries. Most recently, they worked at Newbury Partners as a Managing Consultant. Prior to this, they held roles such as Manager- Middle Office and Implementation Consultant at the same company. Before joining Newbury Partners, Cortney worked at I.K. Hofmann USA, Inc. as a Systems Training Manager and Operations Manager. Cortney also served as an Account Manager at the same company. Cortney's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Recruitment Manager at Conquest Marketing Concepts, Barn and Equine Manager at Creek Farms Inc, and Assistant Manager at Xanadu Dressage LLC. Cortney also co-owned and served as the Business Manager at King's Sport Farm LLC. Cortney started their career as a Bartender at Hotel Aiken.

Cortney Pierce completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Ft. Myers Senior High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their high school education with a focus on General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Cortney obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they received the "HB" Certification from the United States Pony Club. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Staffing Professional and Technical Services Certified certifications from the American Staffing Association. More recently, in 2019, they completed the "py4e101x: Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course from edX.
