Jennifer Shorr

Jennifer Shorr has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer is currently working at Newbury Partners as a Senior Front Office Consultant. Previously, they held multiple roles at The Jacobson Group, starting as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator in 2006. Over the years, they progressed to become a Contract Analyst, Contract Risk Manager, Corporate Project Manager and Trainer, and finally an Assistant Vice President in Operations. At The Jacobson Group, they were responsible for various tasks such as administration and travel services management, project management, business analysis, and overseeing technology implementations and process efficiencies.

Before their time at The Jacobson Group, Jennifer worked as an Office Manager at Creative Design Board and as a Front End Supervisor at Bed Bath & Beyond. Jennifer also worked as a Substitute Teacher in various Illinois School Districts.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated their dedication to the insurance industry by obtaining a certification in INS 21.
