Sean Beatty has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean began their career at Cardino and Cardino as a Compliance Associate, where they gained knowledge about real estate law and provided customer service. Sean then served as a Legal Assistant, managing schedules and working with attorneys and lending institutions.

Later, they joined Woozyfly.com as a Business Relations Manager, developing strategic alliances and overseeing marketing teams. At Financial Dynamics Funding Corp., Sean held roles as an Advisor and Manager, where they analyzed financial documents, performed budget analysis, and ensured compliance with regulations.

Sean joined Topdot as an Advisor, where they advised clients on financing options and provided credit analysis. Sean also worked at The Adecco Group in various roles, including Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and Sr. Manager of Contract Admin, responsible for overseeing the drug and background program.

Currently, Sean is working at Newbury Partners as a Vice President - Middle Office Practice. Sean'sresponsibilities include leveraging their knowledge of the staffing vertical to help firms achieve operational excellence and serving as a functional expert on the Bullhorn Middle Office product.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, project management, process improvement, and team management.

Sean Beatty has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management from Hofstra University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they attended Suffolk County Community College, where they earned an Associates in Science degree with a major in Business Administration.
