Helen Taylor

Helen Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helen started their career at IBM as a Student & Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, where they oversaw the recruitment and onboarding processes. Helen then worked as a People Advisor at Fenmarc Produce before taking on the role of HR Manager at Refresco, where they built a HR function from scratch and successfully managed union relationships. Helen later joined Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Corporate HR Manager, providing HR leadership and support for multiple facilities. In their most recent role at MAYBORN GROUP LIMITED, Helen served as Head of Talent & Organisation Change, responsible for global business partnering and managing a team.
