Laura Batley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client partnerships and client experience management. Currently serving as the Head of Client Partnerships at Newcastle Strategic Solutions since March 2024, Laura previously held various leadership roles at Sabio, including Head of Client Experience, Client Success Manager, and Service Manager, starting in October 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure at Leeds City Council from December 2007 to October 2018, where Laura progressed from Operational Support Officer to Development and Support Manager. Laura began their career as a Customer Service Officer at British Gas from April 2004 to December 2007. Academically, Laura earned a Master's degree with Distinction in Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University between 2017 and 2019.
