Dominica O'Neil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dominica began their career at the Legal Services Commission, where they served as a Legal Team Leader, managing a team and overseeing applications for civil legal aid. Dominica then transitioned to the Royal Mail, where they held multiple roles, including investigator, behaviors support coach, personnel planning & performance manager, and resourcing manager.
