Paul Funaro

Paul Funaro is the Vice President of Utilization Management for NewCourtland Senior Services. Mr. Funaro is responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing processes and making strategic and operational decisions to utilize Network resources efficiently, improve access, and ensure quality. He is also charged with advancing and operationalizing technology across the organization to improve efficiencies and outcomes.

Since 2001, Mr. Funaro has used his experience in both Finance and Operations to successfully advance the development, startup and implementation of new programs from NewCourtland to continue to meet the needs of the seniors it serves.

Prior to joining NewCourtland, Mr. Funaro was the Information Systems and Accounting Director for a home care organization where he was responsible for all financial management, systems, and operational oversight of several offices in North and South Carolina.

Mr. Funaro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from Winthrop University.
