Rosanna Achilli

Rosanna Achilli is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at NewDay since July 2025, Rosanna previously held multiple roles at Sky from March 2018 to August 2025, including Head of Internal Communications, where responsibilities included corporate communications, crisis management, and collaboration with senior leadership. Prior positions at Sky encompassed roles such as Senior Communications & Creative Manager, Project Manager, and Content Specialist, demonstrating a strong creative and strategic background in internal communication campaigns. Earlier experiences include roles at BBC, Newsquest, and various PR internships, contributing to a well-rounded foundation in journalism and communication. Rosanna earned a degree in Journalism from City, St George’s, University of London, completed in 2017.
