Clayton Kirschner

Clayton Kirschner is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as Sr Manager R&D at Newell Brands since October 2017, specializing in Rubbermaid and Materials for the Food Business Unit. Previously, Clayton held positions as Engineering Manager within the Food Products Division and Project Manager at AptarGroup, Inc. Additionally, Clayton gained extensive product development experience at Newell Rubbermaid, leading multiple product launches across various categories. Clayton's early career included roles as an Engineering Contractor for the US Army Soldier Systems Center, where assistance was provided in designing a new water container, as well as internships at Moldflow and Mercury Plastics, Inc. Clayton holds an M.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a B.S. in Plastics Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
