Michelle Favaloro

Michelle Favaloro is a professional with a background in brand management and marketing. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President, Brand Management, Global Home Fragrance at Yankee Candle under Newell Brands since July 2022. Previously, Michelle has held various leadership roles at Hasbro from July 2005 to July 2022, including Vice President of Global Brands and U.S. Marketing. Before that, Michelle was an Equity Capital Markets Analyst at Citigroup from 2002 to 2005. Michelle earned a BA in Computational Neuroscience from Dartmouth College and an Executive MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
