Juan Agudelo

Juan Agudelo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Juan began their career at Aquarella Hotel as a Quality Manager from 2010 to 2014. Juan then joined AECOM as a Billing Specialist, where they were responsible for periodical invoicing and fixing anomalies in the billing process using Oracle Enterprise suite and related software. Juan later became a Senior Project Billing Specialist at AECOM, where they continued to manage invoicing for high-volume projects and developed training content for the billing department. In 2018, Juan joined New Era Technology as a Senior Billing Analyst, handling invoicing, reviewing and processing vouchers, and communicating with project managers. Juan quickly moved up to become the Billing & Collections Manager, overseeing domestic and international billing teams and ensuring compliance with global billing requirements. Juan then served as the Global Accounts Receivable Manager, responsible for developing efficient processes for timely handling of receivables and providing revenue analysis. In their most recent role as the Director of Service Operations, Juan is in charge of delivering high standards of service and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Juan Agudelo earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they attended the Universidad de La Sabana from 2005 to 2007, majoring in International Business. Additionally, they have a certification in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) White Belt from AECOM.
