Veronica Spivery-Dodson has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Veronica started their career in October 2012 at TEKsystems, where they held various roles, including Migration Specialist, End User Support Specialist, Migration Specialist Team Lead, Information Technology Contractor, and Identity Management/IT Consultant. Veronica then worked at New Era Technology, US as a Microsoft Engagement and Migration Specialist from February to June 2018. In January 2021, they joined New Era Technology, US again as a Microsoft Engagement and Migration Support, where they supported Mass. Gov in O365 Migration and provided end-user support. From October 2021 to present, Veronica has been working at New Era Technology, US as a Microsoft Engagement and Migration Support Lead, responsible for providing level 2/3 support, reviewing incident management, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with Microsoft Technical Team. Most recently, in March 2023, they joined RUSH University Medical Center as an Application Analyst.

Veronica Spivery-Dodson earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Forensics from International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago (2009-2013).
