Kristen Lamberson

Kristen Lamberson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and office administration. Kristen is currently working at Newfi Lending, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and progressing to Human Resources Manager before taking on the role of VP of Human Resources. Prior to Newfi Lending, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at both Frontier Ag and Turf and Specialty Mfg. Co. Kristen also has experience in office administration, working as an Office Administrator at Technical Life Care Medical Co and Rhino Marking and Protection Systems. Kristen began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Bridgz Marketing Group.

Kristen Lamberson completed their Associate's Degree in Administrative Specialist from Anoka Technical College. Kristen also attended Irondale Senior High School from 1996 to 2000.
