Shilpa Reddy

Shilpa Reddy is a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources at Newfold Digital since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading talent management, strategic HR, and HR shared services, particularly in the India APAC region, while formulating global HR strategies and managing HR automation projects with Workday and ServiceNow. Prior to this role, Shilpa served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Softenger India Pvt Ltd., encompassing the full spectrum of HR functions, and as Manager of HR & Talent Acquisition at Cuelogic Technologies, focusing on strategic HR and employee lifecycle management. Additional experience includes HR management and talent acquisition at Capgemini and HR executive duties at Vritti Solutions for Accenture India. Shilpa holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Rajasthan and completed a Senior Executive Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
