Gibran Visram

Gibran Visram is currently serving in Talent Leadership for Global Strategy and Programmes at NewGlobe, a company dedicated to transforming public education systems, since November 2023. Previously, Gibran held the position of Head of Talent at Zepz, overseeing talent functions following the integration of Sendwave and Worldremit. Earlier roles include leading Talent Acquisition at NewGlobe, where Gibran established a global talent acquisition team, and similar roles at Living Goods and Andela, focusing on scaling talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions. Gibran's experience spans recruitment management at notable organizations such as Google and Real Staffing Group, complemented by educational credentials in finance and economics from institutions including Bayes Business School and Middlesex University.
