Lital Feldman

Lital Feldman's work experience includes a current role as a People Operations Manager at Newlight Technologies, Inc., starting in 2022. Prior to that, they founded a company called Life Parenting in 2015, where they educated parents and caregivers on raising healthy children through various methods such as in-home training, classes, webinars, and consultations. From 2021 to 2021, Lital worked as a Human Resources Expert at Target. Lital also served as an HR Manager at Schema from 2005 to 2010, where they focused on improving network performance for telecommunications industries. Before that, Lital worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department at SAP from 2004 to 2005. Lital began their career in 1998 as an Information System Analyst and Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces, where they focused on analyzing and managing information systems.

Lital Feldman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication at Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2006. Lital has also obtained additional certifications including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in October 2021.
