Helen Mao

Helen Mao has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 18 years. Helen began their career in 2002 as Manager of Strategic Analysis for Norwich Pharmaceuticals. In 2007, they took on the role of VP of PJM for Amerigen Pharmaceuticals and Drug Development International Team Manager for Novartis. In 2009, they became Sr. Manager of Project Management for US Pharmacopeia. In 2011, they were appointed President of InnoGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and in 2015, they began their current role as Director of Business Development & Alliance Management, Asia Pacific and Director of Project Management for NewLink Genetics.

Helen Mao holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, a BS from Fudan University in Chemistry, and is currently a PhD student in the Department of Chemistry at The Ohio State University.
