Susan Cardenas

Susan Cardenas is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in the new home sales sector, currently serving as Community Sales Manager at Newmark Homes since October 2019. Prior to this role, Susan held various sales positions, including New Home Sales Specialist at Perry Homes and Ravenna Homes, as well as a significant tenure at Perry Homes from 2012 to 2016. Susan began their career in banking, gaining managerial experience at BBVA and Chase from 1993 to 2011. Susan's educational journey includes graduating from Copperas Cove High School in 1987.
