Brad Ashley

Brad Ashley has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Brad currently serves as a Managing Director at Newmark Zimmer since September 2018. Prior to that, they held several positions at IREM-Institute of Real Estate Management, including being an Executive Committee Member and Regional Vice President for the Midwest. Brad was also the President of IREM's Kansas City Chapter in 2015. Brad also worked at CBRE as an Associate Director from July 2016 to September 2018 and as a Senior Property Manager from October 2006 to June 2016. Brad started their career at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as a Real Estate Manager from May 2002 to October 2006. Throughout their career, Brad has received honors such as being a finalist for IREM Manager of the Year in 2012 and Certified Property Manager of the Year in Kansas City in 2008.

Brad Ashley has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Finance from The University of Kansas. In addition, they have obtained a certification in CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
