Julie Trinh Rios

Julie Trinh Rios currently serves as Senior Vice President of Western Region Marketing and Business Development at Newmark, a position held since March 2016, following roles as Vice President of Western Region Marketing and Vice President of Capital Markets Business Development within the same company. Prior to Newmark, Rios held the position of Marketing Director at CBRE from June 2007 to March 2016, where the responsibility involved managing the Capital Markets Marketing Center, overseeing a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive marketing support. Rios began the career as a Marketing Manager at KB Home from September 2002 to March 2007, managing a team of graphic designers and leading initiatives for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia/KB Home communities. Rios holds a degree in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
