Ethan Kennelly

Ethan Kennelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program integration, enterprise architecture, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Program Integration at Newmont Corporation since September 2019, Ethan previously held the position of Director of Applications Architecture within the same organization. Prior to joining Newmont, Ethan dedicated nearly two decades to O.C. Tanner, where roles included Director of Enterprise Architecture and Program Management, Director of Enterprise Services and Chief Architect, and Enterprise Application Architect. Throughout this tenure, Ethan successfully orchestrated significant business transformations and led innovative projects, such as the development of the Victories platform.
