Keith D. Winship

Keith D. Winship, CPHR, CRSP, MBA, is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Health and Safety Systems at Newmont Corporation since March 2023, Keith supports the implementation of health and safety systems and standards. Keith also shares expertise as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Fredericton for the associate degree program in Occupational Health and Safety. Previously, Keith held significant positions at Minto Metals Corp. as Superintendent Health, Safety & Training and at Baffinland as Health, Safety & Security Superintendent. Additional experience includes roles at Dominion Diamond Ekati Corporation, BHP Billiton, the Government of the Northwest Territories, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Vale. Keith holds an MBA in Health & Safety Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a B.Comm in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph.
