Eva Baonza has extensive experience in marketing and product management roles. Eva currently serves as the Scale up and Marketing Director at Newno, where they are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the value proposition and smart working framework. Prior to this, Eva was the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Smart Protection, where they restructured the Product Department and led the migration towards new tech capabilities. Eva also served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Smart Protection, where they created the marketing department and developed the brand strategy and marketing infrastructure.

Before joining Smart Protection, Eva worked as the Marketing Director at Impact Hub, where they focused on customer acquisition and positioning the company as a coworking space for positive impact startups. Eva also co-founded People Who Global, a startup dedicated to providing online platforms and apps for patients.

Eva's career began at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, where they served as the Digital Project Director and played a key role in the digital transformation of the advertising agency. Eva later worked as a Digital Project Director and Partner at Nuatt, a digital projects company that was acquired by Publicis Group. Eva also has experience in the entertainment industry, having served as the Marketing Manager for Cartoon Network and TCM at Turner Broadcasting, and as the Marketing Manager for Pay Per View at Sogecable. Additionally, they worked as the Operational Marketing Manager at Bang & Olufsen and as the Third Party Relations Manager at Apple Computer.

Eva Baonza's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at ESIC Business & Marketing School. Eva completed their degree in Marketing and Business Management in 1994. Following this, Eva attended Esade where they pursued a degree in Strategic Brand Management, which they completed in 2004. In 2018, they enrolled at IE Business School Executive Education to study Digital Transformation and completed the program in 2019. In 2022, Eva attended IE Business School Executive Education once again, this time for Data Science & Visualization for Business. Additionally, Eva pursued further studies at the University of Lincoln in the field of Business Administration, but it is not specified when they began their studies or if they have completed the degree.
