Dharmendra Singh

Dharmendra Singh has over 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Dharmendra started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at Jiyoun Software Systems. In 2007, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Software Engineer, where they successfully completed 5 projects in the last one and a half year. In 2009, they moved to Sapient as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for converting functional requirements into Technical Design Documents and organizing and delivering demos/meetings with clients. In 2013, they joined FirstRain as a Project Lead and served as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, leading the Agile transformation and establishing the framework, required agile tools and philosophy. In 2016, they joined Xavient Information Systems as a Project Manager, where they managed the engagement level KPI's and reduced operating cost and increased profit margins. In 2018, they joined IDEMIA as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Technical Project Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at NewPage Solutions since 2022.

Dharmendra Singh has an extensive educational background. In 2019-2020, they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Dharmendra also holds certifications from the same institution, including EPBM (2021), Sun Certified Java Professional (2009) from Sun M, and Project Management Professional (2018) from the Project Management Institute. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ragiv Gandhi Technical University between 2001 and 2005.
