Briana Foster

Briana Foster has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Briana started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Wilson, where they supported 200+ employees with various HR functions. Briana then moved on to Smith International, where they facilitated change management during the Schlumberger acquisition and managed expatriate administration. At Schlumberger, Briana held several roles, including Senior Human Resources Representative and North America Human Resources Manager, Completions, where they were responsible for HR management, employee development, and implementation of policies. Currently, they are working at Newpark Resources, Inc. as the Corporate HR Manager and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in September 2018.

Briana Foster obtained their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California in 2020. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University between 2002 and 2006. Briana Foster also holds a certification in PHR from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in December 2010.
