Courtney Fowler began their work experience in 2013 as an Intern/Toll Plaza Lead Supervisor at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they managed revenue accounts, supervised a team, and handled guest relations. Courtney then worked as a Seasonal Employee at Whitetail Ski Resort from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Deli Associate at Giant Food, where they waited on customers, prepared food, and followed safe serving procedures. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Intern & Project Manager at Cambria County Economic Development Authority. Courtney also worked as an Assistant Manager/Kennel Tech at Alley Ratz Lil' Dog Daycare from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Prep Cook/Weekend Chef at Grier School. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Marketing Director at Little Rock Natural Remedies. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Ogden Directories Inc EZToUse.com. In 2020, they became the Marketing Manager at Community Arts Center. Most recently, in 2023, they joined New Pig as an Ecommerce Support Specialist.

Courtney Fowler earned a High School Diploma with High Honors from Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School in 2009. Courtney then went on to attend Mount Aloysius College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, also at Mount Aloysius College.
