Andrew Dale

Andrew Dale has over 25 years of work experience in IT management and leadership roles. Andrew is currently the Deputy Director Digital, Data, and Change at Newport City Homes since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT for Housing Plus Group from October 2016 to December 2022, where they were responsible for business-wide transformation delivery and IT services. Andrew also worked as the Head of IT for Severnside Housing and Shropshire Housing Group from August 2010 to October 2016, managing the delivery of IT services to the business. Andrew has extensive experience in project management, budget management, and change management, along with technical skills in various systems such as Dynamics NAV, Citrix, and SAP. Andrew has previously held IT management roles in Epwin Group - Components Division, Orix Investment and Development Capital, Celestica, NEC Technologies, Muller Dairy (UK) Ltd, and BICC.

Andrew Dale earned their Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in CAD/CAM from The University of Huddersfield from 1990 to 1994. Andrew later pursued a Master of Science degree in CAD/CAM from Cranfield University from 1994 to 1995.
