Andreas Marcou is a learning and organisational development specialist currently serving as the Associate Director of Organisational and Employee Development at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and as a Senior Lecturer at Coventry University. With extensive expertise in leadership development, organisational change, culture change, performance improvement, and team performance, Andreas has held several key roles, including Head of Organisational Development at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and Head of Learning and Organisational Development at the University of West London. Since 2011, Andreas has also managed a communication company and has a background in freelance photography.
