Stephen Rivas Ms, Atc

Stephen Rivas, MS, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer with extensive experience in sports medicine and athletic training. Currently, Stephen serves at the Newport Orthopedic Institute, providing sports medicine coverage for multiple high schools within the NMUSD, including Corona Del Mar High School since March 2021 and Estancia High School from August 2019 to March 2020. Previous roles include Sports Medicine Instructor at Coastline ROP, Physical Therapy Aide at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, and Certified Athletic Trainer for the Texas Charge professional softball team. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Illinois State University, complemented by an Associate degree from Rock Valley College.
