Janel Litz Salanguit

Janel Litz Salanguit is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Assistant Manager for Employee Communications & Engagement at Newport World Resorts since July 2016. In this role, Janel is responsible for drafting and releasing employee announcements, addressing inquiries from employee communication channels, and managing employee recognition programs. Prior to this position, Janel worked at China Banking Corporation from September 2012 to July 2016, first as an Organization Development Officer and then as a Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities included conducting HR process reviews, preparing User's Manuals, and managing personnel requests. Additionally, Janel gained experience as an intern in Public Affairs at Smart Communications Inc. and in Corporate Communications at Philippine Airlines. Janel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines Manila, completed in 2012.
