Chris Mozilo

Chris Mozilo, CMB has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and lending industry. Chris started their career at Countrywide where they managed sales regions and operations centers. Following this, they worked at Citi as a Regional Manager. In 2009, they introduced Mason-McDuffie Mortgage to the Arizona market and recruited and managed loan officers. Chris then became a Managing Partner at eModifyMyLoan, where they created and marketed a website to assist struggling homeowners. Chris later joined Homeowners Financial Group as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President Quality Control, where they launched and managed the Quality Control Division and led compliance efforts. Currently, they serve as a Divisional Vice President at Newrez LLC, overseeing wholesale and non-delegated correspondent lending for the western U.S.

Chris Mozilo, CMB, holds an MBA in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to this, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the same institution, completed between 1991 and 1995. In addition, Chris Mozilo is a Certified Mortgage Banker, certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2006.
