Margaret Chiavini

Margaret Chiavini, CMB, AMP has a vast work experience in the mortgage industry. Margaret is currently working at Newrez LLC as the VP of National Bank and Credit Union Division. Prior to that, they worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Regional Vice President from 2014 to 2021. Margaret also had a role at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Sales Director, where they were responsible for creating correspondent relationships in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest markets. Margaret began their career at GMAC/GreeTree Lending as a Sales Director from 2003 to 2013. Margaret also worked as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager at National Bank of Commerce from 2001 to 2003 and as a Senior Account Executive at Triad Guaranty from 1996 to 2001.

Margaret Chiavini, CMB, AMP completed the Business Professionals Course at The Aji Network. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) certification in 2021 and the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification in 2022, both from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
