Rafel Hadad is a Team Leader at Gateway since February 2022, handling tickets opened by the NOC team and overseeing the NOC Event Management Process. Prior to Gateway, Rafel worked as a SOC Team Leader at Allai Newroz Telecom Group since February 2014. Rafel obtained a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Baghdad with a 72 Excellent rating.
