Xingyu Chen

Xingyu Chen has a range of work experience in software engineering. They are currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at News Break from January 2021. Xingyu also has experience at LinkedIn, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer from February 2017 to January 2021. They started their career at LinkedIn as a Software Engineer Intern from May 2016 to August 2016. Before that, Xingyu gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Transmension Technology Inc, where they were involved in game development and maintenance from September 2014 to February 2015. They also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at National Instruments, focusing on software testing for embedded systems from July 2014 to September 2014. Xingyu's earliest work experience was as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the College of Software Engineering, Southeast University, where they focused on machine learning, data mining, and research publication from March 2013 to June 2014.

Xingyu Chen completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Software Engineering from Southeast University, from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Xingyu Chen has obtained several certifications. They earned certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks and Sequence Models from Coursera in January 2021. They also completed certifications in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects from Coursera in December 2020.
