Lina Huang

Lina Huang has a strong background in taxation, with experience in top companies like News Corp, KPMG US, and PwC. Lina has held various titles such as Vice President, Tax Counsel, Senior Director, Tax Counsel, and Director in the areas of M&A tax, tax planning, and research. With a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Master's Degree in Taxation from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Lina has shown expertise in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and ensuring tax alignment with business strategies. During their time as a Summer Intern at the Hawaii State Department of Taxation, Lina gained valuable experience in the Tax Ruling Office.
