Ruta Dalton

Ruta Dalton, ACCA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ruta began their career at PwC Poland as a Senior Audit Assistant, where they gained experience in managing audit teams and ensuring compliance with ISA requirements. Ruta then joined Ingersoll Rand as a Senior Internal Auditor, where they worked on international projects and served as a team leader. Ruta later moved to Syngenta, where they held various finance roles, including Head of Finance North Europe and Head of Commercial Finance North Europe. During their time at Syngenta, they led finance teams, supported business leaders on financial performance and strategy, and played a key role in the implementation and decision-making processes. Ruta then joined AB Agri as a Finance Business Partner, where they focused on management reporting, financial planning, and business partnering for the wholesale ruminant feed business. Currently, they are working at News UK as the Head of Finance Strategic Projects, where they oversee strategic financial initiatives. Throughout their career, Ruta has demonstrated strong financial acumen and the ability to drive results in a variety of settings.

Ruta Dalton completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration from Vilniaus Universitetas (Vilnius University) from 2001 to 2005. Ruta then pursued their studies at ACCA from 2007 to 2010, earning a degree in ACCA.
