Alexandria Smith

Alexandria Smith is a passionate advocate for students of color and believes in the power of data to drive change for vulnerable children. As an Analyst on the Research and Learning team, she supports teams on impact measurement projects and research that illuminates important trends about the ventures.

Prior to joining NewSchools, she was a third-grade special education teacher in New Orleans East. Her main interests are educational psychology, culturally responsive pedagogy, and early childhood literacy.
