Ellie Grace

Ellie Grace is an experienced professional in client success and education, currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Newsela since January 2024. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Client Success at K12 Insight, where Ellie led a team of Client Success Managers and developed strategic engagement initiatives for a SaaS Customer Service platform, as well as nurturing relationships with key enterprise clients. Previous experience includes roles at Achieve3000, East End Prep, America Achieves, and KIPP Nashville Public Schools, with a focus on professional development, instructional coaching, and classroom teaching. Ellie holds a Master of Education in Transformational Leadership and Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Kentucky.
